The record rainfall of April 2023 flooded streets across eastern Fort Lauderdale, and low parts of Victoria Park took water. Homes built close to grade, and ground-level garages in townhomes, were the most exposed. Rain flooding is a flood loss, excluded from homeowners policies. See flood cleanup.

Older homes

New townhomes
