Call or email us
A coordinator helps you stop the water and stay safe, then schedules a crew with an honest arrival estimate.
Inspect and document
We map moisture with meters and thermal imaging, and photograph everything before work starts.
Extract and dry
Water comes out, drying equipment goes in, and we take readings every day until materials test dry.
Repair and close out
We rebuild what was removed and hand you the documentation your insurance claim needs.
Why Florida property owners call SwiftFlow
Restoration is part equipment and part communication. These are the things customers tell us mattered most.

A person answers
Not a voicemail box. Someone picks up at 3 a.m. and helps you find the shutoff valve.
Straight answers on timing
After big storms, demand spikes. We tell you when a crew can realistically arrive instead of overpromising.
Documentation adjusters can use
Photos, moisture maps, daily drying logs and line-item estimates, sent to your adjuster with your permission.
Built for Florida humidity
Commercial dehumidifiers and daily readings, because the air here slows drying and speeds mold.
Mitigation through rebuild
The crew that dries your home can put it back together, so you're not hiring twice.
Certified and checked
IICRC-certified technicians, background-checked team members, and state licensing where Florida requires it.
We work with your insurance company
We document losses for policies from every major Florida carrier and for flood policies. You stay in control of your claim.

What customers say
SwiftFlow saved my home! A pipe burst in the middle of the night, and they were at my door within 45 minutes. They handled everything with the insurance and were so kind to my family. Highly recommend!
Fast, professional, and honest. They explained the drying process every step of the way. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Do you really answer the phone 24/7?
Yes. Calls to (850) 220-7022 are answered around the clock, including nights, weekends and holidays. Water damage doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
Which parts of Florida do you serve?
We serve 29 metro areas statewide, from Pensacola and Tallahassee to Miami and Naples, coordinated from our Tallahassee office. Arrival times depend on where you are and current demand, and we'll give you an honest estimate when you call. Find your area.
Will my insurance cover water damage?
Sudden, accidental water damage like a burst pipe is often covered by homeowners insurance. Flooding from outside, slow leaks and some mold are often excluded or limited. We document your loss for your adjuster; your insurer makes the coverage decision.
How long does drying take?
Most clean-water jobs take about three to five days of drying, measured with daily moisture readings. Larger losses, dense materials and contaminated water can take longer.
Can I stay in my home during restoration?
Usually, yes. We'll recommend staying elsewhere if sewage is involved, if your only bathroom or kitchen is out of service, or if someone in the household has a respiratory condition.
